I understand and acknowledge that volunteering with FilmyBees Cine Club is a voluntary and unpaid opportunity. I agree to contribute my time, skills, and efforts without any expectation of monetary compensation, except for the local travel and meal support provided for eligible in-person events in Mumbai, as applicable.
I understand that my volunteer responsibilities may include event operations, technical assistance, screening management, photography, videography, editing, guest management, audience coordination, merchandise, design, and other related tasks assigned by the FilmyBees Cine Club team.
I grant FilmyBees Cine Club permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, video, or testimonials captured during volunteer activities for promotional, marketing, archival, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
I agree to maintain professionalism, respect fellow volunteers, filmmakers, guests, audiences, and venue staff, and follow the guidelines and code of conduct established by FilmyBees Cine Club.
