1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Film Submissions
- All film submissions must be accompanied by the applicable submission fee.
- Submission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Submission does not guarantee selection.
- FilmyBees Cine Club reserves the right to accept or reject any film without providing a reason.
- By submitting a film, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for screening and promotion.
3. Screening & Usage Rights
- Selected films may be screened at festivals, special screenings, or year-round programs curated by FilmyBees Cine Club.
- By submitting, you grant us non-exclusive rights to screen and promote your film.
- We may use posters, stills, trailers, and film information for promotional and marketing purposes.
4. Event Participation
- Entry to events is subject to valid registration or ticket purchase.
- Physical passes may be required for entry (if applicable).
- Attendees must follow venue rules and event guidelines.
- FilmyBees Cine Club reserves the right to deny entry in case of misconduct or non-compliance.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
- Event schedules, venues, and programs are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any individual program or screening may be cancelled or rescheduled.
- No refunds will be provided for program changes or rescheduling.
- Refunds will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.
6. Products & Services
a. Digital Products
- All digital services and products are non-refundable.
b. Physical Products
- Selected products may be eligible for return/replacement within 7 days.
- A ₹150 non-refundable shipping fee will be charged for returns or replacements.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
7. Payments
- All payments must be completed through authorized payment gateways.
- FilmyBees Cine Club is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party issues.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized content
- Disrupt website functionality or event operations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, logos, and materials belong to FilmyBees Cine Club unless otherwise stated.
