At FilmyBees Cine Club, we aim to maintain transparency and clarity across all our services, including film submissions, events, and product purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or submission.
1. Film Submission Fees
- Film submissions will not be processed without the applicable submission fee.
- All submission fees are strictly non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided if a film is not selected, rejected, or disqualified for any reason.
2. Event Registrations & Tickets
- No refunds will be issued in case of:
- Rescheduling of any program within the event
- Cancellation of any individual screening or program
- Refunds will be issued only if the entire event is cancelled by FilmyBees Cine Club.
3. Digital Products & Services
- All digital products, services, registrations, or online offerings are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Physical Products (Merchandise, etc.)
- We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy on selected physical products only.
- Customers are advised to review the specific Return & Replacement Policy before making a purchase.
Return Conditions:
- A ₹150 shipping fee will be charged for all returns and replacements.
- This shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Returned products must be unused and in original condition (unless defective).
5. General Policy
FilmyBees Cine Club reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
