2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment includes (but is not limited to):
- Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate physical contact
- Offensive comments related to gender, sexuality, race, religion, or disability
- Disruptive or aggressive behavior
Anyone found engaging in such behavior may be:
- Removed from the event immediately
- Banned from future FilmyBees Cine Club events
- Reported to authorities if required
3. Professional Conduct (Filmmakers & Guests)
- Maintain professionalism during screenings, Q&As, and networking sessions.
- Do not engage in defamatory, disrespectful, or inappropriate remarks.
- Respect fellow filmmakers’ work and avoid disruptive self-promotion.
4. Audience Etiquette
- Arrive on time and follow entry guidelines.
- Maintain silence during screenings.
- Keep mobile phones on silent mode.
- Do not record, photograph, or livestream screenings unless permitted.
- Follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
5. Intellectual Property Respect
- Do not copy, record, or distribute any film or content without permission.
- Unauthorized recording or piracy may lead to immediate removal and legal action.
6. Safe Environment
- Follow all safety and security instructions at the venue.
- Report any suspicious or uncomfortable situations to the organizers immediately.
- Respect personal boundaries and consent at all times.
7. Substance Use
- Consumption of alcohol or substances (if permitted at venue) must be responsible.
- Any misconduct under influence will lead to removal from the event.
8. Compliance with Laws & Venue Rules
- All participants must comply with local laws and venue regulations.
- FilmyBees Cine Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone violating rules.
